Am I just a Karen?

So I only have a 1 y/o baby girl, and I don't have twins, but I was hoping that y'all would help me out. I have a friend that I've been living with for a few months, and she has 6 m/o twin boys, and there are things she does that are questionable? Like she props both of their bottles and then walks away (has done this since they were born), she puts them to bed upstairs in their cribs with bottles of formula and doesn't check on them, she leaves their car seat straps too loose, to the point that they can get their arms free of the harness, and she once left one of the changing table to go up stairs for 3 minutes. And no one was watching the baby on the changing table. Am I a Karen for thinking that she isn't a good parent? Like the things she does sounds dangerous.
