heartbroken

I’m supposed to be 9 weeks pregnant today according to lmp, had first appointment December 23rd and measured 6 weeks and 2 days with a heartbeat of 117. Started spotting December 27th and today December 30 started bleeding more with some clots. Went to the ER because I assumed I was miscarrying, they did a vaginal ultrasound they said baby is measuring 6 weeks and 4 days with a heartbeat of 107, still bleeding and clotting. Am i crazy for thinking this is going to end in a miscarriage? Just doesn’t seem like this pregnancy is progressing 😭 my family is trying to be optimistic but it’s just irritating me 😞
