Exhausted already

A little background - I am 7 weeks 2 days as of today. On top of being pregnant, I have a 6 month old and a four year old. I’ve had c-sections with both of my kids and was not planning or trying to get pregnant so close to my last delivery. I have a blood clotting disorder that affects the placenta and without blood thinners, it would potentially starve the fetus. I’m so exhausted all the time right now. And I’ve got a constant headache which the doctor chalks up to rising hormone levels. Has anyone had been pregnant this close to your last one? And was it a c-section? My biggest fear is the uterine wall rupturing from pressure. I plan on having my tubes tied after this pregnancy.u
