Can i get pregnant on BC??

I’m on birth control. Since starting it I have not had a period- I have noticed some symptoms however I’ve been blowing it off as the hormonal effects of the birth control. However, the last 2 nights I have had dreams I took a test and it was positive. I know it’s HIGHLY unlikely, however, is it possible to get pregnant while on the pill and no period? I’m on my 3rd pack and started the 1st one when i started my period.

No form of birth control will prevent pregnancy 100%. It’s highly unlikely to get pregnant while on BC but it can and does happen even when using it correctly. I am speaking from personal experience.

No birth control is 100% effective even if taken perfectly, so it is possible but unlikely, the only way to know for sure would be to take a pregnancy test.
