Fecal Incontinence

I'm currently baking my second child in the oven, my last was born by emergency C-section. I haven't had a problem with this in the time since their birth nor before. All of a sudden very early in this pregnancy I'm having an inability to control myself. I see my OB in the coming week, how do I even start? What do I ask? Can I work like this? Please, give me some advice I can't find anything about it online this early. Is it even pregnancy related?
