How to end it

So I’ve been in a situationship with this guy for 2 years. And I’ve come to realise I think it’s time to end it. I want to find someone who genuinely wants to be with and not for the most part of sex.

I don’t know how to end it with this guy though I have said I needed a break before over text and then I went back but this time it will be officially over. But like should I say this in person or it doesn’t matter at all?

I just know I’ll probs go to his and we’ll have sex and then what, I tell him whilst naked laying in bed.
