First time charting since loss in August. Any help with figuring out if I ovulated today or yesterday? I actually started taking Fertility Support for her, Chaste Berry and Black Cohosh for the last 3-4 weeks. I noticed this time I cramped on my right side for 2 days(Saturday and Sunday),have had some headaches, breast tenderness and nausea. Anyone on the same cycle or experienced this before? Thanks in advance.
