Mom guilt and tv

My baby is 3 almost 4 months old. She likes watching tv and at times I find myself putting tv on for her especially when I need to get work done. I read an article that says it’s not good for babies to watch t.v. So every time I do so I feel so terrible but i feel like I have no other choice. What do you guys think. Should I completely restrain my baby from watching tv? Or it’s completely fine and I’m just overreacting?
