Did you have 2 blighted ovums in a row?

In October I ended up bleeding quite bad at work with a lot of painful cramping prior to that, after a day in the ER I was told I was having a blighted ovum at 9 weeks pregnant. After my first cycle at the end of November I found out I am pregnant again. I’m currently 6 weeks and reading into every thing.. not experiencing enoug symptoms , worried about feeling the same as I did in this previous pregnancy. I am terrified I am having another blighted ovum and am just curious if any of you did indeed have 2 in a row? I had no nausea last pregnancy and I am still not suffering with much nausea, unlike I did with my pregnancy in 2019 with my son. Just looking for some other woman’s experiences 😔
