Rash on wrist

My daughter has this rash on her wrist for 3 days it’s bumpy and looks irritated. I applied creams on it and it reduces the redness and irritation but won’t make it go away. She is eating/drinking fine, plenty of wet and dirty diapers, and it doesn’t seem to bother her she only notices it when I change her clothes. Her doctors office was closed for the holidays and will be open tomorrow but it worries me that it won’t go away.
