My hair dresser is telling me to start taking cow liver pills, but I can’t take them yet because I’m still pregnant so I’m not sure how well it works. I found some on Amazon and all the reviews says it really works! I’ll be trying them after I have my baby. My hairs been thinning ever since my first baby in 2019 and hasn’t stopped. So I’m really hoping it works.

Boil water and fresh rosemary. I add orange peel for smell. Let cool. Put in a small spray bottle. Refrigerate what you don’t use. Then spray on your hair 1-2 times daily. It makes my hair feel healthier and I’ve noticed that my postpartum hair loss (which was bad on the sides) has thickened up and is coming back. I used it for about 2-3 weeks then I noticed a difference. Rosemary is known to help with hair growth. So you could even make your own oil for your scalp as well.

Try scalp scrubs once every week or two, you need to get you scalp skin clean of any residue that's left from skin, shampoos etc. You can make DIY scrub is cheaper, try ;
half cup ground coffee
half cup brown sugar 
Half cup coconut oil
And massage it to you skin for one or two minutes and then wash hair as normal
You can use this scrub all over body too
To make hair grow you need good soil like for  planting flowers
I recommend using Lee Stafford products from hair growing range ,really good and give you tips on how to use their products for better results too. You can also try pantene pro v  with biotin ,shampoo and conditioner for growing hair or thickening hair range
