Private scan at 10 weeks

What were your experiences? Could they detect the heartbeat even though it’s abdominal? Did anyone NOT have them detect it and it was fine? Did they ask you to arrive with a full bladder?

I can’t stand the wait between ultrasounds; I’ve had 6 losses and no babies, so I just can’t handle the paranoia. I know an at home Doppler is likely to just make my paranoia worse so figure a private scan might be the best way to go since it’s professionals with real high grade equipment.
