Anyone’s LO refusing naps and bedtime??

I think we’re going through a sleep regression or something. But Omgosh this is annoying and exhausting 😩

Answer

Naps have been spotty but bedtime recently has been a struggle. He goes down fine and then is up 1-2x a night trying to crawl or talking to himself and then he wants to eat. I've read when babies are learning big skills or leaps it can mess up their sleep. Hoping to get back to more solid sleep soon!
