Anyone got any tips that do actually help? Mine are bands, hot baths, keeping legs together getting out the car etc, and cushion between knees when sleeping.

I still ended up on crutches/wheelchair with previous pregnancy - this little surprise was a surprise.

I damaged my pelvis years ago, had physio and it was fine after, but apparently it’s a contributing factor to why I’m in so much pain during pregnancy.

I’m 16 weeks now and it’s starting, it coming on quite fast and I’m petrified. I’ve ordered a donut cushion for sitting (that did help in the car FYI).

Anyone got anything else pleeeaaasseee 😭
