13DPO and Spotting w/ Light Cramps

As most know I got my BFP at 9dpo but I am 13dpo today and just started experiencing light spotting only when I wipe. Could I possibly be implanting today as tomorrow is supposed to be AF? I’m trying to not over think about it as I’ve been very emotional today.
