Anemia tips?!
I’ve been terribly anemic in the past and finally kicked it a year or two before getting pregnant. Now I’m anemic again and 28 weeks and I’m starting to really feel it. I want to remedy it as best as possible so I can feel better and for the health of baby and delivery. Any tips? Currently taking iron supplement with vitamin C and prenatal. Trying to eat foods high in iron more and more but prob need to track better. Any tips are welcome I’m losing so much energy and just feeling empty
