What is going on

I just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Background: I am 43 and I have always been regular with cycles lasting 27-29 days. I am have never had any type of mid cycle bleeding. I used letrozole the last 4 months, no success, and am taking a break this month.

Current situation: I got my period when I was supposed to and it lasted 2 days, which is normal for me to last 2-3 days. It was lighter than normal where I did not really fill up a pad but there was definitely quite a bit when I wiped and went to the bathroom. It finished and I assumed I was good. On cd 11 I went to the restroom and saw some blood when I wiped. I asked about it and after some answers I thought this could be ovulation spotting, I usually ovulate about cd 14, and went on with my day. Well the blood picked up and since Friday I have pretty much had steady bleeding like a period with it filling up a couple of pads.

Why would I have my period again 11 days after my other? Could it be because I took a break in medication? Do I start last Friday as cd 1 again?

I’m sorry if this was to much to read it tmi, but I appreciate any thoughts.
