Period / Covid

Hello there!

I just recently had Covid, took an antibiotic for a sinus infection, mucinex d and every once in awhile ibuprofen. Anyone have experience with period being late? I’ve never had a late period unless I was pregnant. Like 28 days like clockwork. My first cycle back was in November after having a baby. It was 29 days. Currently at 31 going on 32 tomorrow.. so depending on cycle 28/29.. I am 3/4 days late which is totally not normal. I got a negative pregnancy test this morning. Any thoughts?!? Thanks for the help!!
