IUD - pregnancy

Has anyone ended up pregnant on an IUD? I have had liletta for two years now. My periods are lighter but I still have very normal and predictable cycles even with it. I’m waiting for my period (should be here Saturday) and I keep getting this nagging feeling that something is off. I keep telling myself it’s highly unlikely, but this nagging feeling won’t go away. Anyone have any stories of iud pregnancies?
