Ovulation After Chemical Miscarriage

Hi all, hoping someone could help me:

On 12/31/21 i went through a chemical miscarriage (confined by my doctor). I bled for 7 days, I started my “ovulation” week on the 10th. I’m suppose to ovulate on the 16th but every test I take comes back positive.

I’m going for blood work tomorrow, could this mean my body is not ovulating this month and I just have extra HCG left over? How long did it take you guys to conceive/ regulate after a chemical miscarriage? Any information helps, thank you 🤍
