Positive for CMV (Cytomegalovirus)

I am a new mama to be due july 2022.

I recently tested positive for CMV, for those who don't know it's a virus that's generally carried by young children and quite contagious it seems like a simple cold.

If you already are immune before pregnancy it is considered safe for baby but if not it could be passed to your baby and be potentially dangerous.

My problem is that my doctor doesn't know if I contracted it right before pregnancy or at the beginning, I am kinda stressed and would like to know if there are other mamas out there who had the same experience.
