Dealing with annoying mother n law

How do y’all deal with a annoying mother n law with a 7 month old. She barely do anything for her 1st granddaughter and barely see her. She’ll be 1 this year and due to Covid I don’t want nobody to come to the house during Covid but her come my husband is it okay for my mom, my brothers, and gma to come. I really don’t want them to come at all because they don’t do nothing for her. But it seems like my husband is okay with it. It’s like he’s trying to keep his family happy and don’t seem like he cares about our daughter well being. Now I’m like regretting being married to the family because they are annoying. And my husband barely spend time with her. She’s at the point she don’t want to be with her dad. What should I say about the whole birthday situation? And how do y’all deal with annoying in laws? And husband not spending time with his daughter? And I feel like a single parent. HELLLLP I NEED YALL OPINIONS.
