Bleeding and Subchronic hemorrhage

Trying not to freak out but I woke up to bright bleeding at 6 weeks and 3 days. Called my OB and they had me go in for a scan. Said everything looked ok although baby’s heart was only 93 bpm and would just follow back up with another scan at 8 weeks to see how I was progressing. Told me to take it easy. You can see it in the top left of my scan

However I have since googled subchronic hemorrhage and am now freaking out that it’s more serious then they let on. Any one familiar with this or something similar? Thanks in advance!
