Iud and Bloating

Got kyleena IUD about 3 months ago and have been so bloated the past couple of weeks. I also had my period and then spotted for almost 25 days after while feeling super dizzy and nauseous all the time. Now i’m at a point where i am so bloated no matter what. Has anyone else had these kid of effects like dizziness, bloating, and nausea? Not sure if i want it removed or not.

Also weird my stomach feels like it’s twitching? It’s definitely not like a baby kicking but it feels so weird. The last time i had sex was late december and he didn’t cum so no chance it’s a baby that’s like kicking.
