Do you feel cold or hot often?

Question

I know with pregnancy you tend to feel hot easily, but I just feel so cold all the time. Before pregnancy that was pretty normal for me, but during my last pregnancy I always ran warm. Even having the baby in December. I’m not sure if I’m feeling cold because it’s winter and I’m just having trouble, or if it’s because my body is just overreacting and overcompensating. I know that those around me feel warm or comfortable while I’m adding more layers.

Yes!!! It’s so odd because my firstborn was due in March and I was running so hot I never needed or wanted a coat outside, just a lightweight long-sleeve shirt. This time around, with a due date only two weeks after my first pregnancy’s, there is absolutely nothing I can do to get warm! I’ve been taking warm baths throughout the day when I can and layering up, but nothing seems to help! So funny (and frustrating at times) how our bodies react differently!

I need to stay on the cooler side so I keep the house a little bit cooler. At least everyone tells me my house is cold. But it’s not actually because I’m hot. I need to stay cooler other wise my morning sickness really kicks in. Plus I’d rather put on a cozy sweater and I almost almost like to cuddle up with a blanket if I’m in the living room. Yes I still have morning sickness at 26 weeks 🤦🏼‍♀️😢. 
Not pregnant I always have freezing feet but during pregnancy my feet are warm. But I don’t necessarily feel more hot or more cold. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve noticed I’m cold until my lunch time workout and then I can’t seem to cool off.
