Nervous

Hey gals ☺️ went for my first doctors appointment today to get my bloods done. I tested positive a week ago and a week before that I tested positive for covid 🙃 I told my doctor today about that and she’s considering putting me on a blood thinners but she wants me to ring the maternity hospital tomorrow to get their opinion as covid can increase your risk of blood clots I was a little taken back by this and it’s caused me to worry! I’m only 5 weeks so I’m really nervous about it all now. She said she’s prefer to get me an early scan to make sure everything is looking like it’s in the right place before putting me on the blood thinner because if something looked wrong it could cause more damage then good! I think Hearing all those things have made me really overwhelmed. I know the doctor is doing her best and wants to make sure she’s ticking all the boxes before she puts me on something like a blood thinner. Has anyone else had an experience like this? X
