Can you get in trouble if your bf is growing weed in their basement and you stay there/know about it?

I had another post and it needed more clarification. We both have kids from our marriages… and In Kentucky it is illegal on all levels. I do not want to jeopardize my future… I am absolutely not against smoking it. But growing is a different territory?

Yeah, if your kids live in the home they would almost certainly be taken away or made to live with other family and you both would face jail time.

When I was young, my apartment got raided by police because my boyfriend was growing weed. It was illegal at the time. I didn’t get in trouble at all because it wasn’t my stuff, but I also didn’t have any kids in the house.

Yes! Someone I know was selling and lived with his parents. They lost everything! It was all considered “evidence”.
