Treating hormonal acne while breastfeeding?

I’ve struggled with acne my whole adult life and I’m 32. it was better during pregnancy and so much worse postpartum. Before pregnancy, I tried all the common treatments aside from accutane, and now that I’m BF I feel like I can’t use anything toxic. Has anyone found a solution? I’m SO sick of hating my skin

Try using breast milk! Just apply directly and leave overnight. It works so well! Also great for scrapes, cuts, teething popsicles for baby, the list goes on!
Aloe, sulfur soap bars and cream (use a very small amount because it’s strong!), get a good face wash (Google best face washes for acne- include whatever else you’d like in the search to customize your skins needs), tea tree soap dr bronners works great (the tea tree) for acne (avoid eyes! Don’t use daily, because it can burn since it’s so strong). Use a face cream (not a lotion) and serums/oils and hydrate consistently. If you have oily skin alternate between face balms / creams and oils. There’s some good plant based brands below that have a ton of these.
Steam your face over the rice cooker (from a safe distance!) or get a facial steamer (they’re cheap!). steam daily. Wash face, steam, wash again, put on face balms/creams/etc. 
Take vitamin c tablets and collagen. 
It’s expensive but saved my face and was top rated in the spa… and is also safe/plant based, Laurel Plant products : healing balm, acne serum/oil, and one of the face washes. I swear by it. 
Appoterra is a more affordable skin care line that is almost identical to Laurel. 
Naturopathica is a good one too.
