Still Covid positive?

So on 1/7/22 me and husband tested negative on the rapid test but on 1/10/22 I woke up feeling horrible and went to the ER and whatever test was done there, it showed I was positive. (My husband and son both took rapid test and were negative too). But I took Tylenol and rested and the next day I was feeling better only had a bad cough and congested. Now it’s day 10, 1/20/22 and I went through a free Covid testing site and the rapid test showed negative. Do you think I still have it? I’m also 38 weeks. Just afraid to go into labor and I’m still positive 😪
