Ex boyfriend ?

(Updated) So, my ex boyfriend just randomly out of the blue sent cookies 🍪 to my house a couple of hours ago and I’m really confused because we don’t speak. We’re on good terms and everything, he’s a pretty good guy with a few issues and we all have issues but.. why would he randomly send me cookies?

Like I’m really stuck in thought right now and, I don’t want to ask him cause I don’t really want it to allow us to have conversation right now, maybe some day soon but not right now.. I don’t feel like hearing him potentially be cute about it and or try and swoon me over or anything right now, we also still see each other just about every other week. We attend the same church events and we basically have the same mutual friends so there’s really no escaping him so it could be weird if I decide to say nothing at all.

I’m also unsure about whether or not I should say thanks? For the random cookies 🍪 like I’m genuinely confused, Am I a brat? I also don’t think he wants to pursue a relationship right now, but why are you sending me cookies with cute insider notes on the box. I’m just 😩😩 I need help and insight on understanding all of this. HELP PLEASE! someone..
