Did I get bleach poisoning pls help

Staying with My mom to help her with her surgery and saw my little sisters bathroom was atrocious. I decided to give it a deep scrub and accidentally spilled way to much bleach. I wore a mask and even wrapped my head in a towel to try and wash it out the bathroom so no one gets sick. It became way too much for me and I started feeling sick and had to run out the house. I was coughing like crazy and getting very scared. My throat burns a lot and I feel like I’m going to cough whenever I talk. This all happened about 30 minutes ago and I’m sitting outside with the breeze. I keep burping too and getting anxious. Overall I’m feeling a lot better than I did before but not sure what to do. Hospitals scare me

Note: My mom lives in a condo and they are renovating the building so all the windows and sliding doors are locked. I took out as much bleach as I could but I’m scared to go back inside although my mom said it’s fine in the house now. Omg i felt so sick and was getting scared.
