2nd baby with echogenic focus

My oldest child had the echogenic focus, and he does not have downs. However, he is a little bit on the spectrum of autism. My second child did not have the EIF, but now I am pregnant with my third and they found a EIF on this baby's heart as well. Foe EIF not being so common, seems like it's pretty common in my circumstance. Has anyone had 2 babies with the EIf? And how likely is it that this baby might also be autistic? Trying not to worry, but hard not to.
