14dpo spotting & blue veins?

This has been a wild cycle! Mostly I’ve been hungry, sometimes feeling starving again right after I’ve just ate, thirsty, nauseous here and there, boobs feeling full. I had some spotting today when I wiped what I would say was light pink but now it’s gone. I have very noticeable blue veins on my areolas and they spread up my boobs on my chest where they’re less clear but still noticeable. Has anyone experienced similar?

I’m nervous to test? Is there such thing as late implantation bleeding?
