Roommate let my cat out

My cat tries to sneak out sometimes and she use to be an inside/outside cat so she likes outside. But I really don't want her going out anymore because I live in an apartment now on a busy St. Not something she's use to. There's no telling what could happen.

......well, my roommate let her out 3 days ago and she hasn't been back yet. Usually she doesn't go far so I'm afraid someone took her. It is cold out so..idk. I've been leaving food out but no telling who ate it. The neighbors had some animal vomit by their door and idk if it was her, but they do have a small dog so.

Maybe she'll come back if I keep leaving food out. But usually if they haven't returned by the third day it's not usually good. I can't remember if she's chipped or not I'm gonna call the vet today....idk I'm just looking for advice.
