Yes. At 6 weeks it can be hit or miss though. If you’re not certain on your date and are earlier, it may not show much. Personally, I was able to see the sac, fetal pole, yolk sac and a heart beat at 5w1d.

It honestly depends.. at 7 weeks I had my pregnancy confirmed & was measuring a week behind (6 weeks) and they could see the sac and a heartbeat. sometimes it is too early. Every baby develops differently. That’s why they usually don’t do ultrasounds before 8 weeks unless there is an issue
