Where to return diapers??

Question

Hi all, so my office threw me a baby shower last week and my family threw me one over the weekend. We are super grateful for everything and we got tons of diapers.
Does anyone know if there’s a store that accept diapers for an exchange? Not just in size but brand too? Or for a gift card so we can choose other diapers and wipes? I was told Walmart and Target but it looks like they change their policy and are asking for a receipt now. Nobody gave us receipts for the diapers.

I'd still try Target..they should at least give you store credit!

If nothing anyone suggested works you can always sell them on fb marketplace yourself. That's what I did when my son outgrew diapers but I did sell them for less than normal price at the store. They were sold out with a day and I had about 11 boxes of diapers

I returned diapers at Meijer and had no problem.

What I did with target was scanned on the diapers on the app and if it came up in their inventory, I’d add it to my registry and then go return it. They don’t ask for receipt or proof of purchase if it’s on your registry for a certain period of time. At least this is what worked for me a few years ago!

Why don’t you ask the people that gifted you diapers if they can provide a receipt because they did in fact change it and need a receipt to even get store credit
