Just found out I was pregnant

I just found out Friday and I retested Saturday with three more tests and I’m for sure pregnant. I’ve done the math and I’d be roughly 5 weeks pregnant. My only dilemma right now is I’m only 17, but I’ll be 18 next month. What my main concern is now is when or if I can even go to get an ultrasound done. I don’t live with my parents and I’d also don’t want to tell anyone until I’m ‘x’ amount of weeks and I know everything is okay. I live in NC and I’m not 100% sure about the laws or anything if I can go to an appointment at only 17 without parental consent or someone signing for me. I don’t want to wait until I’m 18 because I feel like something could happen and I just know I’d blame myself and never get over it. I’m registered at a women’s clinic, but it was for birth control and I don’t want to call them and they also call my parents. I also know I can call the local health department and get information on what to do in general, but I don’t want to bring attention to myself just because I’m technically under age. If anyone has been in the same situation or even has any ideas on what I can do please let me know I could use all the help right now!
