Will I be in luck once again?

I was almost lucky last month, after 10 months of TTC, an HSG, and too many tests and ultrasounds, to get my very first - second line on a pregnancy test, a vfl. Luck ended quickly in a chemical. This month, after starting metformin, I've peaked as per below:

I'm 8 or 9 DPO given I could have ovulated either on the 15th or the 16th and having the same symptoms as last month. They don't mean much, but there is a 50:50 chance: had sharp pain and then cramping on the lower right side (where I usually ovulate), lower back pain and breast feel heavy and sensitive. Took a test today and it's negative. I tested negative until 14 DPO last month so I'm still cautiously hopeful. Wishing all of you the very best of luck and sending positive vibes!🙏🏻
