Is this normal?

27 week 1 day. have/had an infection but started antibiotics a week ago and thought it was gone because my symptoms disappeared. Had sex 3 hours ago and since then, I have had intense cramping that comes and goes in both belly and back with few minute breaks in between. I also keep feeling the need to pee every few minutes and have this every time I wipe:

I don’t want to keep going in for false alarms. I’ve already missed so much work and spent so much time in doctors offices. (But of course I would do it again if it means something is wrong)
