First pregnancy
Hi all, this is my first and probably only pregnancy at 39 years old. Does anyone have advice to help with pregnancy rhinitis! I’ve tried everything I can possibly think of… saline nasal sprays, sitting up in bed to sleep, humidifier, Zyrtec daily, hot showers, hot teas with honey and apple cider vinegar… help!
