My kids have a 6th sense. They’ll be playing peacefully and deep in play upstairs and I’ll try to sneak a shower in downstairs and they’ll immediately be at my feet whining and complaining about who knows what. It’s maddening. Then my husband will decide “this must be the best time for me to take a lunch break from work and go make food in the kitchen and tear it up so it looks like a bomb went off. And when I leave my office to go commit said mischief, I know the kids will be wild and have a burst of energy when they see me. This’ll really drive my wife nuts! Ha!!! Lessssgoooooooo”

In all seriousness though how often do y’all shower when your kids are 6?! I thought it’d be daily by now and I wouldn’t have to pull teeth to make it happen. They shower more than I do
