In need of help

Last year December I was told by my doctor that I did have a small amount of yeast infection and were given treatment for it,but now I have been having these light to moderate cramps in my lower abdomen, back,sometimes hip,light breasts tenderness now and then with no discharge,pain around my ankles,headache are light,I have been experiencing these symptoms for the past 3 weeks now,it started during the time I had a dark red to brown light bleeding that occur 3 days before my period was due to start in this month.
