Light bleeding / blood clots at 4 weeks?

I started light spotting on Sunday and received my first positive test on Monday and have had light, brown colored spotting all week. Today the spotting amount has increased (but not enough to need a tampon) and when I wipe its now bright red blood and I am passing some small blood clots. I’ve already been to my OB about it today and got the first of two blood tests done but I’m just curious if anyone else has experience with this in early pregnancy? I’m losing my mind with worry and there’s nothing more I can now do besides wait. 😓 my pregnancy tests have all been getting gradually darker throughout the week so I’m trying really hard to not immediately think that this was chemical.
