How many hours are your 1 month olds sleeping through the night? 👀

I’m just curious because sometimes my baby 3w5d will go 4-5 hours and I’m nervous if she needs to breastfeed during that time?! I doubt I’m sleeping through her cries but idk for sure 🥺

Totally normal. As long as she’s gaining weight appropriately let her sleep. She’ll let you you know when she’s hungry.

Sounds fine. A good rule to follow for the first 3 months is that babe can sleep 1 hour longer than weeks old. So a 4 week old can sleep 5 hours.

One 4-5 hour stretch at night is totally fine if there’s no feeding/weight gain issue! My baby did a 4-5 hour stretch every night from about 2w old. After the first month, a good rule of thumb is age in weeks plus 1 (so a 5 week old could do a 6 hour stretch, etc)

My baby turned 1 mo yesterday and for the past week - week and a half he’s been sleeping about that same length as well. On rare occasions he’ll sleep a full 6 hours (it happened 2x.) he’s gaining weight fine and eats alot so I’m not worried. His ped said it was fine
