Tiny cuts under baby's neck

Hey guys I'm a first time mom of a 4 month old and she's a chunky little girl, I need some advice on how to prevent the my daughter neck from getting future cuts, I don't know of I'm doing anything wrong but I recently discovered one little cut underneath the rolls of her neck so I cleaned it up and put some baby powder and I want to know if there is anything else I can do, I just found some more cuts today and I'm assuming it's from her skin being wet from her drewl and her skin is rubbing and creating cuts, please don't be rude I just want some better advice from moms with experience because I dont know what else to try, please help!
