2 yr old nap problem

Anyone ever let their two year old cry it out for nap time?? Idk what happened. She used to nap no problem and now she’s not! I still try to give her quiet time in her crib but she’s not having it. She starts screaming and crying. Then after about an hour she falls asleep. I adjusted the time and tried a bunch of different things. I’m not sure what to do. I hate having her cry. But she is absolutely exhausted. Please no judgement. Any help is appreciated.
