What does your schedule look like?

Ok so a little back story. Me and my SO have recently decided it's more cost effective for me to stay home with the kids. They are on a screwy schedule. What does your schedules look like? I have no clue how to do this. I have two 3 year old girls a 1 year old boy and a baby on the way due in September/October.

I have a 3.5 year old 
Wake up 7:15-7:30
Eat/play
Lunch 12ish
Nap/quiet time 2-4
Eat/play
Dinner 6ish
Bed at 8
Gymnastics, library and errands on Monday morning 
1-2x a week we do a playgroup (varying days/times, usually Tuesday or Wednesday) and when we don’t have that we go out and do something else (another type of circle time, park meet up, science museum, crayola experience, etc. I’m in a local Facebook group that hosts daily meet ups all over our area, so we sometimes do those) 
Wednesday night church 
Soccer on Saturday mornings 
Church on Sunday mornings

I stay at home with my 2 year old and 1 year old girls and am pregnant with my third dye around the same time as you! We start our day about 7 am that’s when the girls wake up. Nap at 1130-12. We do a light lunch before and after nap because it’s right at naptime lol dinner at 530 and bedtime at 7! We get in bed at 630 and read books. My husband gets home at 6 so unfortunately doesn’t get a ton of time with the girls but we works 4 10s so he has Friday Saturday and Sunday all day with them. On Wednesday and Thursday they each have a little dance class and the ones that don’t have the class stay at the grandparents for the hour. That helps me mentally structure my week and get out of the house! We try to get outside for at least a walk every day after nap but it can get pretty cold here in the winter. I keep it pretty simple I think!
