Sore nipples

I normally don't get just sore nipples if I do it's about 4 days before period and breast tenderness. But my husband and I did it when I thought I was done with my period then when we did I had some blood still. Then 2 days later we did it again. Then 4 days I got real flushed I couldn't cool down then then I noticed days later I had a light pinkish very light redish when I wiped then that was it. Then next day I woke up with sore nipples and they have been sore now for a week. My next period is in 11 days. I dont know if it's hormones or pregnant?
