Painful sex

Every time I have sex I always feel dry. I went to my gynecologist and she said that maybe I need lube. So I’ve been using lube and it’s only helps for maybe a minute then it goes back to hurting. After sex I go to the bathroom and pee which makes it worse, so I have to lean forward just so my urine doesn’t run back. I’m starting to lose my interest in sex because it’s just so damn painful. I feel like my doctor’s are not listening to me. I feel hopeless rn. The only way to alleviate this pain is sitting in hot water. Does anyone have answers, opinions, or advice?!
