pregnancy or something else?

hey guys!! i’m not sure if i’m posting in the right group but here’s my dilemma at the moment

for some back history i got pregnant march 24th 2021 and i had a miscarriage april 9th 2021. my periods regulated and went back to normal in june 2021

since i was 18 (the age i got off depo provera) my periods have been extremely painful on day 1 and have always been 4-5 days long. i never had a period that was light or extremely heavy and less than 4 days. then i had my miscarriage and my periods were off from april to june. everything has been normal since then.

but this month my period was 2 days, with extremely light bleeding, almost every tampon i pulled out was basically dry with just some blood on the tip of the tampon. and my vagina has been itchy around the hole, which is not normal for my usual periods. could this be pregnancy or am i overreacting and it’s just my period being out of whack this month?
